RETURNS

We can not accept returns on any opened products.

Because of the nature of our products and for obvious reasons of hygiene, we can not restock products that have been opened.

To return un-opened products, you must email us using our discreet contact form for return instructions within 24 hours of receiving your package. Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping fees will not be refunded and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of the return.

CANCELATION

If your order has not shipped you may cancel by emailing us by using our discreet contact form and providing us with your order number. Your order cannot be cancelled once your package has been shipped.
